BBQ smoke off is open to all amateur and professional barbeques in our area.
Four categories : Beef, Pork, Rib and Chicken.
All the items must be cooked using real Applewood somewhere in the cooking process.
The teams will set up on Saturday, cook throughout the night
Judging of the entries will be on Sunday morning.

Mann’s will be serving a $13.99 a plate BBQ style lunch Saturday and Sunday from 10am-2pm With a choice of 2 smoked meats along with corn bread, baked beans, a drink and a slice of homemade pie.
