Host Orientation (1 session)
Learn the responsibilities of hosting a television program.
Wednesday, March 10 from 7-9 pm
Tuesday, April 6 from 3-5 pm
Thursday, May 27 from 7-9 pm
Please note. This orientation quales the member to HOST a show ONLY Evety show must have a PRODUCER who has competed the training listed below, It can be the HOST or ANOTHER MEMBER who has agreed to produce the show for the host. Appropriate school or job experience will be taken into consideration.
Producer host Certification (3 sessions)
Learn the responsibilities of hosting and producing a television program. Designed for the nontechnical person.
Wednesdays, March 10, 17 & 24 from 7-9 pm
Tuesday, April 6, 13 & 20 from 3-5 pm
Thursday, May 27, June 3 & 10 from 7-9 pm
Studio Crew Orientation (4 sessions)
Learn how to operate the equipment in a television studio.
ThursdaS’s, March 11, 18 25 & April 1 from 3-5 pm
Mondays, Marãh 22, 29, April 5 & 12 from 7-9 pm
Director Certification (2 sessions plus completion of Prerequisite Studio Crew sessions)
Learn how to direct the studio production.
Mondays, June 7 & 14 from 7-9 pm
Producer Certification (1 Session plus completion of Prerequisite Host, Director or three Field Camera sessions)
Learn the responsibilities of producing your own television show.
Wednesday, March 24 from 7-9 pm
Tuesday, April 20 from 3-5 pm
Thursday, June 10 from 7-9 pm
Field Camera Certification (3 sessions + 1 Producer session)
Learn how to videotape events fJectively with a single camera.
Tuesdays, February 16, 23, March 2 from 7-9 pm
Wednesdays, April 21, 28 & May 5 from 3-5 pm.
Portable Studio Crew Orientation (1 session)(Prerequisites: Studio & Field Workshops)
Learn how to operate the equipment in the portable television studio.
