Hosted by the Merrimack Valley Dream Factory.

Event is for children age 3 and older.
Costume parade and judging at 3 p.m.
Features free face painting, games, prizes, crafts and refreshments.
All proceeds grant dreams to the Merrimack Valley children ages 3 through 18 with a serious chronic condition. [...]
